architecture decision records

this folder records the reasoning behind significant technical decisions, so future contributors (including future us) understand why, not just what. add a new numbered file (000N-short-title.md) for each significant decision; don't edit old ADRs to reflect new decisions - supersede them with a new one instead, and note the supersession in both files.

• 1. use riverpod for state management
• 2. use drift (SQLite) for the local database
• 3. defer watchOS support to a separate future plan
• 4. add counter (recitation) mode as a separate meditation mode
• 6. ship the Wear OS app as a product flavor of the Android module
• 7. use the Wear OS app as a remote display for phone sessions (accepted, not yet implemented)
